How can we help?

Start with the Confidence Center in ClassBell Settings. It shows whether sound, notifications, Live Activity, and Apple Watch are ready, and lets you play a test bell.

I received a notification but did not hear sound

Check the iPhone Ring/Silent setting, Focus mode, notification sound permission, and alert volume. When an Apple Watch is worn and unlocked, Apple may route the notification to the Watch instead of the iPhone.

A Live Activity is still showing

Open ClassBell and tap the stop control, or use End Live Activity in the Confidence Center. The countdown is a timer; ClassBell does not use your microphone or record your screen.

My Apple Watch has no active schedule

Open ClassBell on iPhone, confirm the correct schedule is running, then open ClassBell on Apple Watch. Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled while the schedule syncs.

My widget is not current

Open ClassBell once, confirm today’s schedule, and return to the Home Screen. If needed, remove and add the widget again to request a fresh timeline from iOS.
