How can we help?

Start with the Confidence Center in ClassBell Settings. It shows notification settings, Live Activity, and Apple Watch status, and lets you schedule a short custom notification. A successful test confirms the notification was scheduled and retained. It is not proof that the notification was heard.

I received a notification but did not hear sound

Check the iPhone Ring/Silent setting, Focus mode, notification sound permission, and alert volume. When an Apple Watch is worn and unlocked, Apple may route the notification to the Watch instead of the iPhone.

A Live Activity is still showing

Open ClassBell and tap the stop control, or use End Live Activity in the Confidence Center. The countdown is a timer; ClassBell does not use your microphone or record your screen.

My Apple Watch has no active schedule

Open ClassBell on iPhone, confirm the correct schedule is running, then open ClassBell on Apple Watch. Keep Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled while the schedule syncs.

My widget is not current

Open ClassBell once, confirm today’s schedule, and return to the Home Screen. If needed, remove and add the widget again to request a fresh timeline from iOS.

How do I start the next school day?

Tap the next-day reminder or open ClassBell to start your schedule. A reminder does not start the day automatically in the background. Confirm that the correct schedule is running before class.

How do I back up my schedules?

Use manual iCloud backup and restore in ClassBell Settings. Backup is started by you and is not automatic sync. Create a fresh backup after changing your schedules, and check that it completes before changing phones or removing the app.

Is a subscription required?

ClassBell is a one-time app purchase. See the App Store for your local price. The current download includes the app’s features; no ClassBell account or subscription is required.
